self-referential, and not parenthetical, ongoing text
advocating for/being my radical black self seems to lean to madness in this society,
i’m exhausted by many
,things,
(un)consciously learned (‘attained’) behaviors,
such as codeswitching, that shit is tiring fr,
thinking of what madness looks like, and how it has been depicted to me, as such,
made me draw closer to my mirror reflection,
an, occurring mirror stage,
all i can see are black(ened) eyes, staring b(l)ack,
yea. it is me.
