senakirfa A. (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist, poet, and learner, born and based in Amsterdam.
A.’s work across sculpture, screenprinting, zine-making, and writing is an extension of A.’s poetry practice,
through which she explores what she terms poetic in(ter)ventions: an amalgam signifying what
African-Diasporic worldmaking ushers in. She organizes collective readings and poetry gatherings that facilitate Black and POC writers, poets, and readers. A. has exhibited, organized, and given poetic readings and talks at Amsterdam Museum, Stedelijk Museum, Oscam, Metro54, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, Gemaal op Zuid, and more.
